Angeleena Flores has been immersed in the Scottsdale short-term rental market since 2014, building her expertise through hands-on property operations, guest experience, turnover management, and the oversight of high-value homes.

Over more than a decade, that experience has evolved into a deeply systems-driven approach to luxury property management—one centered on protecting the asset, elevating presentation, optimizing performance, and creating consistency at every stage of the guest journey.

Angeleena earned her Bachelor of Science in Biology from Arizona State University, a background that shaped the analytical discipline she brings to business today. She approaches property management with the belief that exceptional results are rarely accidental; they are created through structure, precision, accountability, and thoughtful execution.

She is also a pilot, a pursuit that reflects many of the same standards she brings to every property under her care: preparation, situational awareness, sound judgment, and attention to detail.

As a mother, entrepreneur, and Native American business owner, Angeleena leads with resilience, integrity, and a strong sense of responsibility for what others entrust to her.

Her philosophy is simple:
